BushMonkey Knives “SeaMonkey”

Regular price

Whether you're a seafarer or a wayfarer, this knife is for you.

The "SeaMonkey" from BushMonkey Knives was brined with perpetual adventure in mind. Move windward with confidence and let this knife cash the checks that your wanderlust writes.

This SeaMonkey is no shrimp!!

The SeaMonkey was designed and tested by Jeff, owner of Bush Monkey Knives, and his crew aboard the sailing vessel Oddysey and has served him well crossing the Gulf of Mexico and in places like Big Bend and South Padre Island.

Milled in the dungeons of Artemia (USA) by the legends at Dauntless Mfg. Co, this beautifully chamfered tool embraces a "caveman can do it" easy to sharpen low angle bevel produced from 3.25" AEB-L stainless and utilizes a modified sheepsfoot style blade that has a moderate belly and leaves plenty of straight working edge!  In addition to an already low drag bevel profile, vertical lines have been milled into the blade to further reduce friction when cutting.

Jimping on the spine as well as the index finger area provide steadfast control even in raging squalls. The skeletonized handle keeps the profile thin and light and is begging to be wrapped.

No job is too large or small for this knife!

**These knives are a limited production run of 100 units, and will be a while (if ever) before they are produced again.

Complete, owner installed, bolt on micarta and G10 Sea Monkey accessory handle kits will be available soon for additional cost. More info to come...
